Good Morning Speakasians,
I have not been able to post this update earlier as most of my time is taken up in coordinating various legal matters. The news of all the matters has already been shared on various forums here is my attempt to put all the events together in a concise manner.
As you are all aware that the Supreme Court matter WP/383/2011 filed by 115 panelists has been adjourned now to 6th February, 2012 on the request of the Union of India (thru the Secretary Finance) for filing their reply.
The mediation date of 19th January has therefore been postponed to after the Supreme Court Hearing.
The Mumbai High Court Cr.WP/3611/2011 has been adjourned to 25th January, 2012 after both sides agreed that the hearing be deferred till after the mediation of 19th January, 2012.
(At that time the postponement of the mediation process was not confirmed)
WP/ 3210 and 3211 SAOL V/s State of Maharashtra for quashing of FIR at Raigad and Mira road did not reach its listing and hence now stands adjourned. This matter is now posted for 3rd February, 2012.
Mr. Tarak Bajpai’s Anticipatory Bail was to be heard yesterday in the Hon. Hyderabad High Court but has been adjourned; the next date will be available shortly

I earnestly request all Panelists, Bloggers and admins of various forums on social networking web sites, please ensure that only authenticated information is shared on all platforms. As I have mentioned earlier that it is more dangerous to spread false rumours which sound like good news. It is the duty of all responsible panelists to inform that no date line can be given and simply spread the happenings of the various court cases without adding your personal view point and assumptions on the dates.
I take this opportunity and on behalf of the entire Speakasian family profusely thank Mr. Melwyn Crasto, President AISPA and his entire family for the hardship and difficulty faced by them for safeguarding and fighting for the rights of the Panelists.
We all need to understand that it is only due to the movements of the panelists, that the company has come forward and are presenting their matter before the judiciary.
This has been possible only because of the unity of the panelists. This is the strength of the Panelists and if we remain united and together we will surely win this battle for our livelihood and secure our monies.
“The two most powerful warriors are patience and time.”
