The next meeting before the Mediator appointed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court is slated on 19th January, 2012. The statement so made is accepted by the leaned Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor also agrees that, till the next date before the Mediator, hearing of this Petition be deferred.In the circumstances,  this Petition be now listed on 25th January, 2012 under caption “Directions”.We place on record the grievance of the  Respondent No. 3complainant that according to him, Petition has not been amended inspite of the order given by  this court in terms of order dated 9th December, 2011. We have told him that in the Judge’s paper book, amendment has already been carried out. He is free to interact with the advocate for the petitioner and ensure that the amended copy of the petition is available with him on the next date of hearing.The learned APP  submits that, he would like to file reply affidavit, which can be filed on or before 23rd January, 2012.
