Ashok Bahirwani’s Update: 14th February, 2012

Good Evening Speakasians,
Yesterday in the morning at Mumbai High Court the AISPA Writ 3611/2011 was heard and the matter was adjourned to 23rd February, 2012. The respondents (EOW & Navneet Khosla) were asked to file their affidavit in reply which they had to actually file by 23rd January, 2012. The Hon’ble Court has ordered that they will pass orders on the Ad interim relief on 23rd February, 2012.
Ad interim relief is when pending the final disposal of the case any relief is sought from the court during the pendency of the matter. In this case AISPA has sought that the entire matter should be kept in abeyance until the Mediation process is not completed.
Friends, regarding the Mediation process let us remember that this is a closed door mediation process and by the meaning of the word itself it is quite clear that the day to day reporting of the meetings will not be available.
This first phase of the mediation deals with EXIT OPTION and all the panelists who have opted for the EXIT OPTION will be paid off for sure.
Have faith in the process and await the final outcome of the Mediation which I am quite sure will be in our favor because in the final analysis “satyamev jayate”
“Where there is unity there is always victory”.
